Lois E. Kay has owned purebred dogs since 1963, starting with German Shepherd Dogs, and has bred Pembroke Welsh Corgis under the TERENELF name since 1983 and one litter of Norwich terriers. Although she has two wonderful German Shepherd Dogs and two Norwich terriers, The Pembroke Welsh Corgi currently is the only breed bred at Terenelf.
Terenelf breeding stock is hip x-rayed, eyes checked, and vWD DNA tested.
Puppies have physicals by the Terenelf veterinarian before going to new
homes. Pets are sold with a limited registration and a spay/neuter
contract.
With the foundation of New Zealand import Ch. Stormwey Paddy ROM (a Register of Merit sire) and Ch. Larklains Dandy Honeycomb (Top Producing Brood Bitch in 1985), there have been two homebred Register of Merit bitches:
